Privacy Policy
The plain-English version. We collect what we need to run the firm and reply to you. We do not sell personal information. Below is the full version that matches how wyecliff.ai actually works.
Who We Are
This policy applies to wyecliff.ai and related Wyecliff-hosted marketing surfaces, including newsletters, careers and partner forms, Solutions Playground demo access, and related subdomains we operate for demos.
Wyecliff is based in Denver, Colorado, United States. Privacy questions go to discovery@wyecliff.ai.
If you become a client, engagement data (statements of work, deliverables, production systems) is governed by your signed agreement and any data processing terms in that agreement, not only by this page.
What We Collect
Contact and sales forms. When you ask us to call you back or otherwise reach out, we collect your name, work email, company, phone, industry, and any message you send.
Newsletter (including Meta lead ads). When you subscribe to Wyecliff Weekly on wyecliff.ai, or through a Facebook or Instagram lead form that links to this policy, we collect your email and, if you provide them, your name. Meta may also share profile fields you choose to prefill on the form (for example email). We may store a subscription source (including that the signup came from a Meta lead ad), your browser user agent, and the page referrer so we can understand how people find us.
Careers. When you apply, we collect your name, email, phone, role of interest, notes, resume, and optional cover letter.
Partner applications. When you apply to partner with us, we collect your name, company, email, phone, partner type, website, and message.
Solutions Playground demos. When you request demo access, we collect your name, company, and email, plus referrer and user agent. We issue a short-lived access token (typically up to 24 hours) so you can open the demo. Demo environments use sample data (for example Aggie Inc). Do not upload real customer, patient, or confidential production data into demos.
Technical information. Our servers and security tools may process standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. We do not run a separate advertising data warehouse on this marketing site.
Some on-site prompts (for example exploratory chat-style UI) may look interactive. Unless we say otherwise, those may not store what you type. Anything you submit through a form that says it will contact you is stored and processed as described here.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Reply to inquiries and schedule conversations
- Send Wyecliff Weekly and other email you expressly signed up for (see Email Marketing below)
- Review career and partner applications
- Issue and manage Solutions Playground demo access
- Operate, secure, and improve the site
- Prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
If you submit your email through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form that says we will only use it for Wyecliff Weekly, that is the purpose we use it for. We do not add those leads to unrelated sales outreach lists or other marketing lists unless you later ask us to, or you submit a separate form for that purpose.
We do not sell personal information. We do not train public or third-party foundation models on information you submit through this marketing site.
Legal Bases (EEA / UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process personal data under one or more of these bases: your consent (for example newsletter signup), performance of a request you made (replying to a form), our legitimate interests in running and securing a business website (balanced against your rights), and legal obligation where required.
Who We Share With
We share information with vendors who help us run the firm, only as needed for their role:
- Supabase — database, file storage, and backend functions
- Resend — transactional email when forms are submitted
- Monday.com — CRM follow-up on sales and partner leads
- Klaviyo — newsletter subscription and email delivery
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your responses and makes them available to us so we can add you to Wyecliff Weekly. Meta's processing is also governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy
- n8n — automation that moves new submissions into our internal workflows
- Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) on some demo access forms
- Google Tag Manager — limited measurement on certain confirmation pages after newsletter signup
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — for example AWS Amplify for site hosting
Engaged clients may also interact with billing and productivity tools under a separate agreement. We will disclose information when legally required (subpoena, court order, or binding government request). Where the law allows, we will notify you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. If we ever use a “share” definition under California law for cross-context advertising, we will update this policy and provide required opt-out links. Today our marketing site is not built around selling or sharing data for advertising.
Cookies, Local Storage, And Similar Tech
We and our vendors may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for:
- Remembering newsletter preference flags in your browser
- Prefilling demo access forms during a session
- Security checks (for example Cloudflare Turnstile)
- Limited analytics tags on specific confirmation pages
- Admin session state for Wyecliff staff tools (not for public visitors)
You can clear site data or block cookies in your browser. Core pages should still load. Some features (remembered form state, bot checks, or measurement) may not work the same way.
We do not load a Meta (Facebook) Pixel or other third-party advertising retargeting pixels across the main marketing experience as a default practice. Lead ads on Facebook and Instagram collect information inside Meta's form, not through a pixel on this site. If we later add advertising pixels or similar tracking for ads measurement, we will update this policy and describe how to opt out where required.
Email Marketing
Wyecliff Weekly signup is opt-in, whether you subscribe on wyecliff.ai or through a Meta lead form. For Weekly subscribers, we use your email to send Wyecliff Weekly (our Friday AI briefing). We send those emails through Klaviyo. Every Weekly email includes an unsubscribe link so you can stop anytime. You can also email discovery@wyecliff.ai and ask to be removed, or ask us to delete your subscriber record.
If our lead form or on-site signup says we will only use your email for Wyecliff Weekly, we honor that. We will not use that email for unrelated product pitches or sales sequences unless you separately ask us to contact you for that purpose (for example by submitting a contact or call-me-back form).
How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for disputes.
- Sales and contact leads: typically kept while an active conversation exists, then archived or deleted on a reasonable business schedule
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your profile
- Career applications and uploads: for the hiring cycle, then deleted or retained only as needed for legal or record-keeping reasons
- Demo access leads: kept to manage access and follow up, with short-lived demo tokens that expire (typically within 24 hours, and not more than 72 hours)
You can request earlier deletion as described below.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a professional services firm: encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls for staff tools, private storage for sensitive uploads such as resumes, and vendor agreements where required. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
International Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our vendors operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms offered by our vendors.
Children
The site is for business and professional audiences. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information to us, contact discovery@wyecliff.ai and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents may have additional CCPA/CPRA rights, including the right to know and the right to delete. EEA and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise rights, email discovery@wyecliff.ai. We aim to reply within one business day and complete requests within the timelines the law requires. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Because we do not sell personal information, we do not currently publish a separate “Do Not Sell or Share” link. If that status changes, we will add one.
Third-Party Sites And Demos
Our site links to third-party sites and to Wyecliff demo applications on separate subdomains. Those experiences may have their own practices. Demo apps are for evaluation with sample data. Do not treat them as production systems for confidential information.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as our products, vendors, or legal requirements change. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice (for example a site banner or email to subscribers).
