Background
Blue Skies Nursing is a concierge in-home nursing and therapy provider in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, delivering one-on-one care to clients of all ages.
They were working toward a certification that called for getting their whole team trained and a full set of policies and documentation in place, on a tight timeline. As a small, hands-on care team, they needed to move quickly and could not afford to pull people away from clients for weeks to write everything by hand.
What We Did
We ran a fast, focused Claude rollout built for a small team that needed results in days, not months.

- We put it straight to work on the documentation they needed, using Claude to help draft and refine policies, handbooks, care-plan templates, and related materials, with the team reviewing and finalizing every document.
Impact
