Build Software
People Use
Build turns the highest-value use cases from Discovery into working software. When you have a cloud tenant, we build in it. When you do not, we set one up or host it for you, with a clean handoff and no lock-in.
We build software your team opens daily.
We move from strategy into production work: define the workflow, prototype the screens, connect the systems, test the agent behavior, and deploy in your tenant whenever it is available.
Tenant First Build
We build in your Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, or Supabase tenant when it is available, so the system starts where your team already operates.
Agent Design
We define what the AI can do, what it should never do, and where a person needs to review the work.
System Integration
We connect ERP, CRM, documents, forms, and databases so the new system works with your source of truth.
Enterprise Platform Buildout
We build full enterprise AI platforms and products in the same class as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Cursor, made for your business and ready for production.
How Build Works.
This is where the first system takes shape. We combine product design, engineering, integration work, AI testing, and operator feedback into a release that runs in your tenant when available, or in cloud infrastructure we host for you.
Activities
Product Definition
Operator led product definition tied to the workflows from Discovery, with screens and agent behavior reviewed by the people who will use the system.
Integration And Infrastructure
ERP, CRM, document, and database integrations mapped to your source systems, plus tenant setup or hosted cloud when you need it.
Testing And Guardrails
AI behavior tested against real examples, edge cases, and review requirements before anything goes live.
Production Launch
A launch plan with runbooks, monitoring, rollout steps, and no lock-in so your team can operate the system with or without us.
Deliverables
Custom Web And Mobile Apps
Screens, approvals, dashboards, and workflows built around the real jobs your team needs to complete every day.
AI Agents
Tenant-specific agents with tools, memory, review paths, and tests, built in Azure, AWS, or cloud infrastructure that fits your business.
ERP And CRM Integration
Wired into Sage, NetSuite, D365, Salesforce, and the systems you already run, backed by 15+ years of ERP implementation experience.
Production Ready Handoff
Runbooks, observability, deployment notes, and support paths so your team can operate the system with or without us.

Questions Teams Ask Us.
The questions operators actually ask before a first engagement, answered straight. If yours is not on the list, we will cover it on the call.
- Why not just buy a SaaS product instead?
- Sometimes you should, and we will tell you. About a third of our discovery sprints end with a recommendation to buy existing software rather than build. We build when the workflow is different enough that off the shelf SaaS would force you to change how you operate. The tool tracking app at EMCOR is a good example. Every contractor tracks tools differently, and forcing that into a generic asset platform would have cost more than the custom build.
- How does handoff work?
- We build inside your GitHub, Azure DevOps, or AWS setup when that is where your team works, then deploy to your tenant, cloud account, or infrastructure when it is available. If you do not have a place to run it yet, we can help set one up or host it for you. Either way, we document the runbooks, secrets, monitoring, and support paths so your team or another vendor can operate it without us.
- How is two to four weeks possible for a real app?
- Because we are not building every basic part from scratch. We start with proven app foundations for sign-in, user roles, logging, deployment, and common database patterns. That lets the first week focus on your data and integrations. In week two, real users can review working screens. By week four, the first version is running on production data, not sitting in a design file.
- What if the AI agent we want is not actually possible yet?
- We tell you before you sign. Our discovery sprint checks each agent idea against current enterprise AI capabilities across the platforms we use. If something needs to wait for better models or tools, we say so and reshape the build around what can ship today. We have killed two agent ideas this year for clients who paid us to discover the answer.
- Who maintains the system after you hand it off?
- Your engineers, or ours under a maintenance retainer. We default to a 30 day post launch warranty, then either transfer to your team with a written handoff or continue as the operator under a small monthly retainer, usually $4 to 8k. About 60% of our build clients keep us on retainer for the first six months while their team ramps. The rest take it in house immediately.
- What if we do not have a tenant ready?
- We can help set up the right tenant, cloud account, or hosting environment, or host the system for you until your team is ready. The code, runbooks, and deployment notes are still organized so the system can move into your environment without lock-in.
